The first band were locals BaioWolf. I'm not really even sure how to describe it. It was 2 guys with mics, all their music was prerecorded. They performed in the audience and wore only their underwear. I assumed it was gonna be stupid pop music, but after some electro intro, they kept screaming and jumping into all the hipsters and it was one of the best things ever. I kept laughing through their entire set; all 10 minutes of it. A guy in a giant platypus costume came out and danced too. Simultaneously the worst and best thing I've ever seen. There's no way I could ever review them.

It was my 4th time seeing mc chris and it's time for him to dive back into his back catalogue. His newer stuff is just fine, but it makes for better dancing than actual rapping. But when he did hit those old ones, it was awesome. He had a t-shirt contest in the crowd and some 10 year old kid won with his Flash (superhero) shirt. That was fun. He also threw out some girl for being drunk and creepy and a pedophile. Good times. The crowd was great and I could tell mc chris was having a good time. He just needs to learn to not be afraid of his older stuff!

I Fight Dragons is a fun band who plays pop punk/rock with chiptunes. They've also modified several NES/SNES/Power Glove/Guitar Hero controllers to create different sounds. Infectious as hell, I can't wait to see them again. 8/10

3rd time seeing Whole Wheat Bread, and they never disappoint. Pretty much the same set as last time, but a longer hip-hop section. It was all great. When they're punk, they're punk as hell. And when they're crunk, they're crunk as hell. 8.5/10

Third time seeing mc chris as well. He played a ton of songs, most of them new. But that's okay, because all his songs are pretty catchy and fun to listen to. Crowd was alright, could've been better. Before "mc chris is dead" he threw out a group of frat boy douchebags because they kept calling him a homo everytime songs ended. Other than that, it was a great time. 8/10

After standing in heavy rain (for the 2nd night in a row, no less), I was treated to the best concert I've seen so far this year!

I saw Whole Wheat Bread open for Suicidal Tendencies back in November, but this time they were much better. The crowd was really into them, and they even took away the instruments to rap for a bit. It was, after all, a rap show. They are just an overall great punk band, and I'll always look forward to them. Their set included a cover of "Never Scared", "Bombs Away", "Police Song" and "Broke" and also an impromptu rap about sexing older women. It was awesome.

I thought mc chris might have been sick at first, but after the first few songs, he started really getting into the set and the crowd absolutely ate it up. mc chris can not only rhyme really well, but he's funny as hell too. He ragged on some frat guy near the front all night and it was perfect. He went on a rant about Left 4 Dead once and then another for Resident Evil 5. Near the end of his set he did a Q & A session which included topics such as Watchmen (he likes the movie, thought the comic was worse), his musical influences (Reggie and the Full Effect), why he started rapping (bitches and cocaine) and more. It was one of the most fun concerts I've had just because I was smiling the entire time, and I know everyone else was.
